கூட்டு பண்ணையத்தின் கருத்து என்னவென்றால், ஒரு சிறிய பகுதியில் உள்ள சிறு மற்றும் குறு விவசாயிகளை அடையாளம் கண்டு 20 விவசாயிகளுடன் விவசாயிகள் ஆா்வலா் குழுக்கள் (FIG) அமைப்பது. 5 FIG கள் 100 விவசாயிகளுடன் உழவர் உற்பத்தியாளர் குழுவில் (FPG) ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்படும். கூட்டு சாகுபடி, கடன் வசதிகள் மற்றும் சந்தை இணைப்புகளை அணுக உள்ளீடுகளை கூட்டாக வாங்குவது போன்றவற்றை FIG மற்றும் FPG ஊக்குவிக்க வேண்டும். கிருஷ்ணகிரி மாவட்டத்தில் 150 FIG-கள் மற்றும் 30 FPG-கள் கூட்டு விவசாயத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக 2024-25 நிதியாண்டில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் FPG-யின் திட்ட அமலாக்கத் திட்டத்தின் ஒப்புதலுக்குப் பிறகு ஒவ்வொரு FPG-க்கும் ரூ. 5 லட்சம் கார்பஸ் நிதி வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

- இத்திட்டத்திற்கு அனைத்து விவசாயிகளும் தகுதியானவா்கள். ஆனால் SF/MF/SC/ST/பெண்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்படும்.
- சிறு விவசாய குடும்பங்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
- குத்தகைதாரர்களாக இருந்தால், பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட குத்தகை ஒப்பந்தம் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Grama Consumer Cooperative Society also provide loans to members at low rates of interest, protecting the members from massive debts to traditional moneylending agencies. We serve a basic but highly personalized banking role in a sense. We have deposit schemes in forms of saving accounts, FD, RD, pension schemes, etc. The money procured is then given on loans to members as personal loans, agricultural loans, housing or vehicle loan, etc. Grama Consumer Cooperative Society are regularly aided by state and national government subsidies and funding.
